Quota Verification Letter/Certificate: If the applicant is also eligible for the below-mentioned quota, the attachment of a specified Quota Verification Letter/Certificate with a maximum of 2500 X 2500 pixel or minimum of 700 X 700 pixel (width by height), is a must.

For the Ladies' quota, no additional supporting documentation will be required.

Verification Letter from District Education Office or Local bodies (Metropolitan City/Sub-metropolitan City/Municipality or Rural Municipality), mentioning that applicant's school is a fully funded government school.

a. Remote Quota: 

Remote Districts (Humla, Jumla, Dolpa, Kalikot, Mugu, Achham, Bajhang, Bajura, and Jajarkot) Verification Letter from District Education Office, mentioning that the applicant's school is a fully funded government school.

b. Dalit Quota: 

Verification Letter/Certificate from National Dalit Commission, Nepal, or Local bodies (Metropolitan City/Sub-metropolitan City/Municipality or Rural Municipality). [Sample]


c. Madhesi Quota:

d. Janjati Quota: 

Verification Letter/Certificate from Adibasi Janajati Rashtriya Mahasangh, Nepal or Local bodies (Metropolitan City/Sub-metropolitan City/Municipality or Rural Municipality). [Sample]


e. Apanga (people with a physical disability) Quota: 

Verification Letter/Certificate from Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare, Nepal. [Sample]


f. Shaheed Family Quota: 

Verification Letter/Certificate from District Administration Office or Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction, Nepal (Applicant must be Spouse, Son or Daughter of Shaheed).


g. Dwanda Pidit Family Quota: 

Verification Letter/Certificate from District Administration Office or Ministry of Peace and Reconstruction, Nepal (Applicant must be Spouse, Son or Daughter of Dwanda Pidit family member). [Sample]
